SHIPPING:

*Items wil be shipped by USPS in a protective envelope unless the item is larger and requires a box with packing materials. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of order. If there are unforseen circumstances for a delay, customer will be notified.

*Once shipped, customer will be notified by email with tracking information

RETURNS:

*Product shipping costs will not be refunded to the buyer. The recipent must contact Tangle Tree Creations LLC to initiate a return by email to begin the return process. A refund of purchase amount can not be refunded on returned merchandise unless first contacting the seller at tangletree61@yahoo.com for prior approval. The recipient must initiate return of Items in original packaging within five days of receipt. Seller must be contacted, by email with trackng information once return is initiated. Item must be returned unworn and undamaged in original package or one comparable for protectin of product. Once the seller recieves and examines the returned item/s the refund will be initiated if the items are undamaged and in the same condition they were when purchased.

Ther seller has made an effort to include diminsions of specific pieces and some are photographed with a measuring device for more detail. If you need more information about specific measurements please contact the seller at tangletree61@yahoo.com

All pieces shoud be gently cared for. Avoid using perfumes or hair products directly onto the pieces as this could alter the color and overall appearance of the item. Store away to avoid dust buildup and gently wipe clean with a soft cloth to remove any dust that may accumulate on the piece.
